Before you buy
Lead-acid ICON carts (i20, i40, i60, i80 and their L versions, from 2017) run six 8-volt AGM batteries and an AC controller. Several brands sell ICON-specific brackets, so the main decisions are pack size and current — and, from 2021, which controller your cart has.
ICON publishes no bay size. Packs sold with ICON brackets: Fleet Lithium 22 × 12 × 10.6 in and 14.3 × 12.24 in, Vatrer 19.69 × 12.52 × 9.6 in. No pack wider than about 12.5 in is documented for ICON.

“Brand lists this cart”: the brand's own finder, chart or product page names it. “Fits by size”: the pack is no larger than one documented to fit this cart (or than the measured bay) and no taller than the stock batteries. How we decide.

Yes. A lithium ICON i20 / i40 / i60 / i80 (incl. L models) can't use its lead-acid charger, which has the wrong charging profile: you need a 58.4V lithium charger, which most kits include (check the card). This cart: iCON onboard charger.
