Good to know before you order

  • For a confirmed defect, Power Queen sends a prepaid return label and ships a replacement once the battery is back. Source
  • A refund instead of a replacement is full within 12 months of delivery; after that it is prorated (purchase price divided by the warranty months, per month used). Source
